Your Role in Our Mission

As a Virtual Executive – Reputation Management at FundedNext, you will play a vital part in maintaining our brand’s credibility, responsiveness, and trust across global communities. You will work remotely to monitor digital channels, engage with online audiences, and manage sentiment around the brand in real time — primarily during nighttime hours, when most of our trading community is active. Your role will serve as a key bridge between our users and internal teams, ensuring our voice remains authentic, professional, and aligned with FundedNext’s standards. Through proactive engagement, accurate communication, and detailed reporting, you’ll help strengthen our global reputation and safeguard the trust of our clients and community.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Community Engagement & Brand Presence

  • Create and publish engaging written and visual content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Discord to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Engage actively with the brand’s online community — responding to comments, resolving concerns, and fostering meaningful conversations to build loyalty and trust.

  • Monitor public mentions, discussions, and emerging community trends to stay ahead of sentiment shifts and identify opportunities for engagement.

Collaboration & Content Alignment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective community strategies and provide insights from audience feedback to enhance campaigns, products, and overall engagement.

  • Uphold the brand’s voice and visual identity in every piece of communication, ensuring consistency and alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand values.

Insights & Reporting

  • Prepare concise internal reports summarizing engagement metrics, content performance, and key sentiment trends.

  • Analyze data from community platforms to identify improvement areas and propose actionable recommendations for stronger outreach.

  • Share insights with leadership and campaign teams to refine engagement and response strategies.

Continuous Improvement & Brand Growth

  • Stay informed on social media trends, audience behavior, and industry developments to keep the brand’s communication strategy relevant and adaptive.

  • Manage and monitor review platforms to ensure timely responses and uphold a positive brand reputation.

  • Identify and propose public recognition or visibility opportunities that align with brand growth goals.

What You Bring

  • Current undergraduate student with at least six months remaining before graduation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong sense of tone and clarity.

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord) and engagement tools.

  • Strong analytical thinking to interpret community sentiment and recommend data-driven actions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Notion, ClickUp).

  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively while working remotely during night hours.

  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
