Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a strategic partner to your assigned departments, owning the quality and momentum of hiring across some of our most critical growth functions. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, depth to sourcing, alignment to stakeholders, and discipline to the data behind every decision.

The way you work will shape three things that matter most to how we scale: how quickly we hire, how well we hire, and the long-term strength of the talent we build around. In short, you won't just fill roles, you will raise the bar for who joins us and how confidently we grow.
