Your Role in Our Mission

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in scaling NEXT Ventures' Operations and Customer Experience teams with the right people, at the right time. This position drives high-volume hiring with precision building pipelines, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, and ensuring every candidate experience reflects our brand. By bringing structure, speed, and strategic sourcing to the table, this role directly strengthens our ability to grow fast without compromising on quality or culture fit.

How You’ll Make an Impact

End-to-End Recruitment Execution

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from intake and sourcing through assessments, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding handover.

  • Partner with hiring managers across Operations and Customer Experience to define hiring plans and align on role requirements.

  • Apply structured screening methods to evaluate candidate qualifications, role fit, and cultural alignment consistently.

Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Development

  • Build and sustain proactive candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles, ensuring readiness ahead of demand.

  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through diverse channels to strengthen future talent pools.

  • Leverage job portals, referrals, social platforms, and networks to maximise sourcing reach.

ATS & Process Ownership

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS to support compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.

  • Track pipeline metrics and contribute to data-driven hiring decisions and process improvements.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback cycles, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Lead campus recruitment drives and engagement initiatives for assigned roles.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding content that showcases NEXT Ventures as a destination for top talent.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on high-volume hiring.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • Strong sourcing expertise across job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.

  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems for recruitment tracking and analytics.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills.
