Position: Strategic Coordinator

Job Nature: Full Time

Office Hours: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM

 

Compensation Package:

  • Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 50,000

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).

  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Coordinator, Business Development, to serve as a key partner to the Head of Business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, delegating tasks, streamlining daily operations, and ensuring all personal and professional obligations are seamlessly executed. Acting as a trusted liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Head of Business to focus on strategic priorities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Head of Business, focusing on simplifying and streamlining personal and professional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage and prioritize the Head of Business’s schedule, balancing professional engagements with personal commitments to ensure efficient time management.

  • Proactively handle and delegate routine tasks, monitor progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure deadlines are met to reduce the workload on the Head of Business.

  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, personal errands, and assist with planning professional and personal events to meet the Head of Business’s needs.

  • Serve as a trusted intermediary for personal and professional interactions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure the Head of Business is well-prepared for meetings and presentations by organizing materials and providing clear, concise briefs.

  • Take on varied responsibilities as needed to support the Head of Business’s dynamic personal and professional needs, such as conducting research and providing actionable insights.

  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes, organization, and time management to better support the Head of Business and achieve objectives.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).

  • Proven ability to work with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting preparation.

  • Experience working directly with senior leadership is a plus.

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement.

 

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, executive assistant, or project management role.
