Your Role in Our Mission

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling smarter operational planning and sustainable growth. You will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of workforce strategies that balance cost, capacity, and business objectives across our global operations. This is a data-heavy, impact-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and understands the art of turning complexity into clarity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Manpower Planning & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain strategic workforce plans that align with operational priorities and growth targets.

  • Collaborate with department leads to map out functional headcount needs across roles and shifts.

  • Analyze historical trends, workloads, and seasonal demand to develop accurate capacity forecasts.

Workload Modeling & Optimization

  • Translate work scopes into measurable models to define optimal staffing levels and job structures.

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements across workflows, shift patterns, and resourcing.

  • Drive labor cost control by balancing workload coverage with budgetary constraints.

Real-Time Visibility & Reporting

  • Track and report WFM KPIs such as forecast accuracy, shrinkage, schedule adherence, and productivity.

  • Leverage WFM tools and dashboards to provide real-time operational insights for leadership decisions.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Operations to synchronize headcount strategy and execution.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Management, preferably in high-volume environments (e.g., BPO, call center, financial services).

  • Strong expertise in workload forecasting, headcount modeling, and capacity planning.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WFM platforms (e.g., NICE, Aspect, Verint, Genesys).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across diverse functions.

  • High attention to detail, time management, and adaptability under changing business demands.

Your X-Factor

  • Thrives on turning chaos into clarity with structured manpower strategies.

  • Operates like a business consultant—aligning people data with broader organizational goals.

  • Balances analytical precision with operational pragmatism to drive real results.

Your Journey After Applying
