Your Role in Our Mission

As a Specialist – Media & Strategy under FundedNext's Marketing Department, you own the strategic direction of paid media across our global digital platforms. This is not an execution seat. You decide where spend goes, how channels are weighted, and what the testing roadmap looks like for the markets you run.

You set the measurement standards the wider media team works to, and you translate performance data into channel strategy that scales reach without scaling cost. Your judgment on budget allocation, channel mix, and experimentation directly shapes how efficiently FundedNext acquires and converts across regions.

How You'll Make an Impact

Media Strategy & Channel Ownership

  • Own the channel mix and spend allocation across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Twitter Ads, and DV360 for your markets.

  • Set quarterly media strategy aligned to growth, ROAS, and CAC targets, and defend allocation decisions with data.

  • Identify and validate new channels, ad formats, and audience expansion opportunities before scaling investment behind them.

Budget Allocation & Performance Optimization

  • Own cross-platform budget allocation and reallocation in response to live performance, not fixed plans.

  • Drive efficiency targets across the funnel, diagnosing where spend underperforms and shifting it decisively.

  • Build performance reporting that gives stakeholders a clear read on what is working, what is not, and what changes next.

Testing & Measurement Frameworks

  • Define the A/B and incrementality testing frameworks the media team runs to, across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding.

  • Set tracking and attribution standards, and ensure measurement integrity across platforms.

  • Turn test results into repeatable playbooks that raise the whole team's baseline.

Team Mentorship & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Mentor junior media buyers, reviewing campaign structures and coaching on optimization decisions.

  • Partner with Creative, Product, and Strategy to align paid media with brand messaging and product goals.

  • Share learnings and testing outcomes to lift performance across the broader marketing function.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Deep, demonstrated expertise across at least three of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Microsoft Ads, Twitter Ads.

  • Proven track record owning budget allocation and channel strategy, not just campaign execution.

  • Strong command of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and tracking architecture.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or equivalent for reporting and insight generation.

  • Global or multi-region campaign management experience.

  • Makes sharp allocation calls under ambiguity and owns the outcome, good or bad.

  • Reads performance data for the signal others miss, then acts on it without waiting for perfect certainty.

  • Raises the standard of everyone around them through how they test, measure, and document.
