Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across critical business functions in Malaysia. You will operate as a strategic hiring partner—aligning closely with business leaders to drive quality, speed, and process discipline across every hire.
Beyond transactional recruitment, this role requires strong sourcing depth, employer branding engagement, and structured ATS ownership. You will help build pipelines, improve hiring predictability, and elevate NEXT’s positioning in the Malaysian talent market.
How You’ll Make an Impact
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Manage the complete hiring cycle—from intake planning and sourcing strategy to offer rollout and onboarding handover.
Partner closely with hiring managers across Trading, Sales, Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Customer Support to define role scope and hiring timelines.
Apply structured screening methodologies to assess qualifications, capability, and cultural alignment.
Maintain disciplined feedback loops to ensure timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Development
Execute targeted sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and industry-specific channels.
Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring, niche, and strategic roles.
Engage and nurture passive candidates to maintain long-term hiring readiness.
Develop sourcing playbooks tailored to fintech and regulated business environments.
ATS & Process Ownership
Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track pipeline metrics and generate reporting insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Coordinate interview scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking with operational precision.
Ensure structured recruitment workflows aligned with internal SOPs and governance standards.
Employer Branding & Market Engagement
Drive LinkedIn engagement strategies to position NEXT as an employer of choice in Malaysia.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop authentic narratives about life at NEXT.
Support expatriate hiring processes, including coordination with visa vendors and internal compliance teams.
What You Bring
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in-house within fintech or fast-paced environments.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing recruitment pipelines through ATS platforms.
Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws; familiarity with expatriate visa processes is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and candidate experience capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
