Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of hiring for key business functions including Marketing, Community & Partner Management (CPM), Trading & Risk Management (TRM), and Trading & Risk Operations (TRO).

You will operate as a strategic recruitment partner—not just a recruiter—bringing structure, sourcing depth, stakeholder alignment, and data discipline to every hire. Your role will directly influence hiring speed, quality, and long-term talent density across critical growth functions.

This role is open to both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh markets, with the strongest candidate selected regardless of location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

End-to-End Recruitment Execution

  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from intake alignment and sourcing strategy to offer rollout and onboarding handover.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, expectations, and hiring timelines.

  • Apply structured screening and interviewing methodologies to assess competency, capability, and cultural alignment.

  • Drive disciplined feedback loops and decision-making processes to reduce delays and misalignment.

Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Execute niche and targeted sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and industry-specific channels.

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, technical, and strategic roles.

  • Engage and nurture passive candidates to maintain long-term talent readiness.

  • Develop sourcing playbooks tailored to Marketing, CPM, TRM, and TRO verticals.

ATS & Process Ownership

  • Maintain accurate and structured data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Track pipeline metrics and generate insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.

  • Ensure compliance, documentation discipline, and reporting accuracy across all roles.

  • Manage scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination with operational precision.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Excellence

  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers through influencing, negotiation, and structured advisory.

  • Ensure a strong and professional candidate experience across all stages.

  • Maintain clarity, transparency, and communication discipline throughout the hiring process.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within fast-paced, scaling environments.

  • Strong expertise in headhunting and LinkedIn-based sourcing strategies.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and structured hiring methodologies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong candidate and hiring manager engagement ability.
