• Translate business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory considerations into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.

Product Ownership & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, developing clear product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Drive measurable improvements in customer sign-up time and operational turnaround across the brokerage ecosystem.

• Apply prioritisation frameworks such as RICE, Kano, and impact-effort analysis to balance customer value, business impact, and engineering capacity.

• Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement practices to ensure products remain competitive, reliable, and scalable.
