Your Role in Our Mission

As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of our web and mobile products—including the client portal, IB portal, CRM, and mobile app—creating intuitive, visually compelling experiences that enhance engagement and performance. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex financial workflows into seamless, user-friendly journeys. Your design vision will directly influence how clients, partners, and internal teams interact with our products, making you a key driver of user satisfaction and business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

User-Centred Design

• Lead UX design for web and mobile products, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.

• Translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user engagement.

Design Execution & Collaboration

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard.

• Maintain a consistent brand and design system across all digital touchpoints.

Data-Driven Improvement

• Analyse behavioural data and user feedback to guide design decisions.

• Continuously refine designs to improve key company-wide KPIs.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience (Fintech/CFD/FX industry experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex platform design (trading systems, financial dashboards, or portals).

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for both web and mobile.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment.
