Your Role in Our Mission
As Senior Executive – Performance Management System & Organizational Development, you will help drive a culture of continuous performance and growth across NEXT Ventures. Sitting at the intersection of HR strategy and execution, you will work cross-functionally to design, coordinate, and improve frameworks such as OKRs, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and development interventions. Your work will ensure our performance systems are actionable, transparent, and embedded into daily operations—while helping employees and teams thrive through meaningful feedback and clarity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Performance Management & OKR Execution
Lead the coordination of biannual performance reviews, including timeline planning, system readiness, and completion follow-through.
Maintain and update OKR dashboards, tracking department-level alignment and flagging potential gaps.
Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to ensure goal clarity and support performance discussions.
Partner with departments to strengthen feedback rituals and link performance outcomes with development plans.
Organizational Development & Capability Building
Contribute to the design and implementation of OD initiatives that shape a high-performance and high-trust culture.
Take ownership of the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) process, from research and benchmarking to execution and follow-up.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and suggest initiatives that make NEXT a better place to work.
Support the rollout of learning programs and measure post-training effectiveness.
Lifecycle & Experience Projects
Help elevate onboarding experiences and ensure early cultural alignment through structured feedback and rituals.
Coordinate exit interviews and analyze feedback trends to inform engagement strategies.
Contribute to career growth conversations, employee touchpoints, and recognition efforts that strengthen belonging.
HR Systems & Analytics
Maintain PMS & OD trackers, performance logs, and training records with accuracy and consistency.
Assist in preparing insights and summaries from performance and culture-related data.
Identify patterns in execution and bring forward small but meaningful solutions.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in performance management, organizational development, or a related HR role.
Understanding of OKRs, appraisal cycles, feedback systems, and employee engagement levers.
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with tools like ClickUp or basic HRIS systems.
A proactive, curious, and improvement-driven mindset that seeks clarity and structure.

Connects the dots between feedback, development, and culture with a systems thinking lens.
Brings structure, care, and follow-through to every HR initiative they lead or support.
Your Pay & Perks
Monthly salary range: BDT 40,000 – BDT 65,000.
