Your Role in Our Mission

As Senior Executive – People Operations, you will play a key role in elevating the day-to-day execution of HR operations, bringing structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement to every step of the employee lifecycle. From onboarding coordination to benefits management and policy adherence, you’ll help shape a streamlined, compliant, and employee-first People Ops function. You will also mentor junior team members, champion operational excellence, and lead process improvement initiatives that directly impact organizational efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Attendance, Leave & Benefits Management

  • Manage daily attendance, leave records, and time-off requests using HRMS.

  • Ensure timely, clean, and accurate reporting of attendance, leave, and benefits data for payroll processing.

  • Serve as the point of contact for benefit-related queries and escalations.

Policy Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements across all HR operational workflows.

  • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation in line with legal and data protection standards.

  • Support audit preparation and periodic documentation reviews.

Onboarding Coordination & Lifecycle Oversight

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding processes including background checks, requisition tracking, and document collection.

  • Lead onboarding sessions and ensure induction, policy orientation, and documentation are completed as per checklist.

  • Oversee post-onboarding touchpoints like probation reviews, buddy follow-ups, and early-stage feedback.

HR Correspondence & Data Management

  • Deliver timely and accurate HR letters, memos, and employee correspondence.

  • Maintain and regularly update master data, HRIS records, and internal databases.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with HR leadership to streamline systems and workflows.

  • Use HRMS/HRIS tools to automate tasks, reduce errors, and improve data accuracy.

  • Identify opportunities for digitization, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with tech support.

Mentorship & Team Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and on-the-job mentorship to the Executive – People Operations.

  • Serve as a knowledge partner for process ownership, problem solving, and best practices.

  • Respond to on-demand requests from leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced organization.

  • Strong hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and Google Workspace tools.

  • Proven attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and process orientation.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

  • Problem-solving mindset and openness to systems improvement and automation.

  • Monthly salary range: BDT 40,000 – BDT 65,000.
