Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Executive – Media & Strategy under FundedNext’s Marketing Department, you will drive performance marketing excellence across global digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, Twitter, and DV360—ensuring every dollar spent contributes directly to measurable growth.
Your analytical thinking, creative experimentation, and performance discipline will shape FundedNext’s advertising presence across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, and product teams to align paid media efforts with our brand’s mission, ensuring each campaign delivers impact, efficiency, and precision.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Twitter Ads, and DV360.
Maintain optimal campaign structures, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to meet performance and conversion goals.
Implement A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements to identify high-performing combinations.
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust in real time to achieve efficient ROAS and CAC targets.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to translate analytical insights into campaign refinements.
Track performance across funnels using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytical tools.
Media Strategy & Innovation
Research and identify new media channels, ad formats, and audience expansion opportunities to scale reach.
Monitor competitor campaigns, identify platform trends, and recommend innovative ad approaches.
Maintain compliance with ad policies and regional requirements across all active platforms.
Stay updated on evolving ad technologies, tools, and algorithms to ensure continued campaign advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Creative, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment between ad content, messaging, and product goals.
Share best practices, test results, and learnings to support continuous improvement across the broader marketing team.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proven expertise in at least two major platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, or Microsoft Ads.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tracking principles.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar analytics tools for reporting and insights.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Global campaign management experience preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced digital environments.

Monthly salary range: BDT 40,000 – 80,000.
