Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Executive in Internal Audit (Financial Operations), you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our financial systems and operations. You will be responsible for proactively identifying risks, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring transparency across all financial transactions. This role supports our mission by enhancing trust, driving operational accountability, and enabling compliance within a high-growth fintech environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Audit Planning & Execution

• Design and execute audit programs aligned with financial operations.

• Perform risk-based audits of payment processes, procurement, and disbursement cycles.

• Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend practical solutions.

Compliance & Control Review

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, local laws, and international financial regulations.

• Monitor financial compliance with frameworks such as GAAP, IFRS, and tax guidelines.

• Assist in fraud investigations or compliance assessments when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, supporting documents, and action plans.

• Prepare audit reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Present findings to senior leadership and follow up on corrective measures.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to assess risk exposures.

• Support policy development and updates based on audit learnings.

• Share knowledge and contribute to audit process improvements and team learning.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in internal audit, finance operations, or compliance roles.

• Proficiency in audit tools, Excel, and financial systems.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or fast-paced environments is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and maintain professional skepticism.

Your Pay & Perks

• Monthly salary range: BDT 50,000 – BDT 65,000.
