Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Executive – Global Accounting under the Finance & Audit Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across NEXT Ventures and its associated entities, focusing on revenue reconciliation, bookkeeping, and maintaining the integrity of financial data through diligent operational execution. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure timely reporting, structured record-keeping, and adherence to accounting standards. This role demands strong analytical ability, precision in financial operations, and hands-on expertise in tools like SAP, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets, where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly support the reliability of our financial systems and strengthen decision-making across the business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Revenue Reconciliation & Bookkeeping

  • Perform daily and periodic revenue reconciliations, ensuring all income streams are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.

  • Maintain proper bookkeeping and general ledger entries for multiple business entities in alignment with accounting standards.

  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for reconciliations and financial audits.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Support the preparation of reconciled weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review within T+1.

  • Assist in developing performance and variance analyses to highlight trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain organized financial records to ensure audit readiness and data transparency.

System & Compliance Support

  • Record and validate transactions within financial software such as SAP or similar ERP modules.

  • Ensure all accounting entries comply with applicable standards (GAAP, IFRS) and internal controls.

  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing reconciliations and verifying balances.

Operational Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Audit, and Operations to maintain synchronization between accounting data and business processes.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce reconciliation time.

  • Handle assigned operational finance tasks with discipline and consistency, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a recognized university.

  • Chartered Accountancy Course Completed (CA CC) from a reputed CA firm.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance after completing CA CC.

  • Strong command of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.

  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP financial systems.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Accuracy, reliability, and a disciplined approach to handling financial data.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within structured processes and timelines.
