Your Role in Our Mission 

As a Senior Executive in Finance & Accounts, you will be the financial backbone of the organization during its foundational phase. This role is central to leading the financial operations from the ground up—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight from day one. You will work across departments to build processes, enforce controls, and deliver timely financial reporting that drives sound decision-making as we scale FNmarkets into a leading force in fintech.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Financial Operations & Controls

• Lead daily reconciliations of financial accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Oversee Financial Risk Management (FRM) processes and ensure policy compliance.

• Manage general ledger integrity and ensure accurate accounting entries.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop and track key financial KPIs to measure business performance.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.

• Stay up to date with evolving financial regulations and update internal processes accordingly.

• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders during audits.

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

• Recommend enhancements to financial systems and reporting tools.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with cross-functional collaboration.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a reputable institution.

• CA CC qualification preferred, or strong experience in financial reporting and compliance.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and financial systems.

• Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office tools.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Team-oriented with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.

Your Pay & Perks

• Monthly salary range: BDT 50,000 – BDT 65,000.
