Your Role in Our Mission

As Senior Executive – Client Experience, you will take a leadership-driven, team-focused approach to managing and elevating our operations. This role is ideal for someone who is strategically minded, analytically strong, and passionate about building high-performing teams that align with broader organizational goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Client Journey Leadership

  • Take ownership of the overall client experience across all touch points and channels.

  • Design and execute initiatives that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.

Data & Insights

  • Analyze client behavior and feedback to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.

  • Use analytics to inform business decisions and measure the impact of CX strategies.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work cross-functionally to implement customer-first solutions.

  • Explore and apply modern tools, practices, and technologies to elevate service delivery.

Team Development

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and drive enhancements in delivery.

What You Bring

Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Experience or related field.

  • Prior experience in a leadership role.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 7+ is a strong advantage).

  • Strong communication across email, chat, and other channels.

  • Proven experience in escalation handling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office Suite, and related tools.

  • Ability to perform under pressure with adaptability, patience, and discipline.

Preferred

  • Customer-centric mindset with exposure to process improvement initiatives.

  • Project management exposure (optional but valuable).

  • Extracurricular achievements and skills that reflect leadership, initiative, or creativity.

Your Pay & Perks

  • Salary: 50,000–70,000 BDT

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (eligibility applies)

  • Bi-Annual Bonus (eligibility applies)

  • 2x Festival Bonus per year (eligibility applies)

Your Daily Source of Energy

Location: Green Orlando (8th Floor), Plot# KA 42-4, Progati Sharani, Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Roster Based)
Weekend: 2 Days (Roster Based)
