Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Executive – Admin under the Admin, Compliance & Corporate Affairs Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and inclusive work environment for all employees. You will closely collaborate with female employees to enhance inclusion, comfort, and workplace well-being, while supporting the Admin Department in maintaining facilities, coordinating events, and managing welfare initiatives. Your proactive approach, confidentiality, and organizational awareness will directly contribute to a more connected and supportive workplace culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Employee Liaison & Welfare Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between employees and the Admin Department, with a focus on understanding and addressing workplace needs related to comfort, safety, and well-being.

  • Proactively document, escalate, and resolve facility or welfare-related concerns, maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Partner with People & Culture and Admin to develop and implement inclusion-focused initiatives and welfare programs.

  • Represent employee perspectives during events, trips, and welfare programs to ensure inclusive participation and accessibility.

Guest & Meeting Management

  • Coordinate hospitality and logistical arrangements for visiting guests, clients, and delegations.

  • Ensure all meeting rooms and reception areas uphold professional standards of hygiene, presentation, and comfort.

  • Assist the ACCA team with guest logistics, refreshments, and scheduling support when required.

Office Maintenance & Hygiene Oversight

  • Supervise the upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of office premises, including restrooms, common spaces, and employee zones.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

  • Monitor inventory and ensure essential supplies, hygiene items, and safety measures are consistently available.

Events & Engagement

  • Support in planning and executing internal events, celebrations, and CSR activities.

  • Coordinate participation and engagement programs that strengthen community and inclusion across the workforce.

  • Manage the distribution and tracking of company merchandise, gifts, and welfare materials.

  • Assist in preparing event reports, logistics records, and related documentation.

Confidentiality & Internal Communication

  • Handle sensitive information and employee-related concerns with absolute discretion.

  • Maintain organized records of employee feedback, welfare initiatives, and follow-up actions.

  • Support the Admin Department in preparing internal notices, communications, and reports when required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, HR support, or workplace coordination (preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, approachable, and professional demeanor.

  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail in handling logistics, follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools.

  • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally in dynamic organizational environments.

  • Monthly salary range: BDT 30,000 – 50,000.
