Your Role in Our Mission

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dealer to oversee dealing desk operations for our CFD trading platform. This role is responsible for managing trading risk exposure, supervising hedge execution, monitoring client trading behavior, and ensuring efficient operation of the trading environment. The Senior Dealer will work closely with liquidity providers, risk management teams, and senior management to maintain optimal trading conditions and safeguard the company’s risk profile.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor and manage overall trading risk exposure across CFD products including Forex, futures, cryptocurrencies, etc.

• Execute and supervise hedge trades with liquidity providers to maintain balanced exposure and optimal pricing.

• Oversee daily dealing desk operations including pricing feeds, spreads, execution quality, and trading platform stability (e.g., MT4/MT5).

• Analyze client trading behavior to identify abnormal activities such as arbitrage, latency abuse, or toxic flow.

• Manage risk parameters including leverage settings, margin requirements, and trading limits.

• Produce daily and weekly exposure reports, risk summaries, and performance analysis for senior management.

• Coordinate with technology teams and liquidity providers to resolve execution, pricing, or connectivity issues.

• Monitor global market developments, economic events, and volatility to adjust risk strategies accordingly.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior dealers and support operational decision-making during volatile market conditions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 3-5years of experience in dealing, trading operations, or dealing desk roles within CFD or Forex brokerage.

• Strong knowledge of CFD products, leveraged trading, and derivatives markets.

• Hands-on experience with MetaTrader platforms (MT4/MT5) and dealing desk operations.

• Solid understanding of A-book / B-book risk management models and hedging strategies.

• Experience working with liquidity bridges such as OneZero, PrimeXM, or similar systems.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills in fast-moving market environments.

• CySEC Advanced Certificate will be considered a plus.

• Ability to work on rotational shifts is required.

Your X-Factor

• Deep understanding of A-Book / B-Book / Hybrid execution models and broker risk management frameworks.

• Experience managing client flow analysis, toxic flow detection, and exposure optimization.

• Ability to design and optimize hedging strategies across liquidity providers.

• Strong understanding of liquidity aggregation, price feeds, and execution routing.

• Familiarity with liquidity bridges such as PrimeXM, OneZero, or similar connectivity solutions.

• Knowledge of FIX protocol, market data flows, and trade lifecycle within brokerage infrastructure.

• Strong capability in analyzing trading data, client profitability patterns, and market volatility impact.

• Experience using advanced Excel, SQL, or Python for exposure analysis and reporting.

• Ability to translate market events and macroeconomic news into actionable risk management decisions.
