Ensuring pay-for-performance, governance excellence, and operational rigor across global teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Compensation & Total Rewards Execution

  • Execute and maintain global compensation frameworks aligned with the firm’s trading performance culture, innovation objectives, and growth mindset.

  • Support the design and administration of compensation structures across trading, technology, research, and operations functions.

  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, bonus pool modeling support, calibration inputs, and executive compensation analytics.

  • Administer short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI, LTIP, deferred compensation), ensuring accurate calculations, payouts, and documentation.

  • Prepare compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and scenario modeling to support decisions by the CPO, CFO, and Executive Committee.

  • Translate compensation strategy into detailed execution plans, tools, and guidelines for HRBPs and business leaders.

Performance Management & OKR Operations

  • Operationalize the global performance management framework, including OKR tracking, review cycles, calibration data, and reporting.

  • Support alignment of individual and team OKRs with trading strategies, business goals, and PnL outcomes through data analysis and reporting.

  • Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to define measurable performance metrics and scoring methodologies.

  • Manage performance review timelines, system configuration, and data integrity across regions.

  • Produce performance insights and analytics that directly inform compensation, promotion, and recognition outcomes.

  • Act as the subject-matter expert for performance management systems (e.g., HiBob, Revolut), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user adoption.

Benefits, Wellbeing & Retention Programs

  • Execute and maintain global and regional benefits programs in alignment with retention objectives and local market practices.

  • Conduct benefits benchmarking, cost analysis, utilization tracking, and vendor performance reviews.

  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of wellbeing initiatives covering physical, mental, and financial wellness.

  • Prepare ROI analyses, utilization reports, and insights to inform benefits optimization decisions.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure accurate execution of compensation and benefits programs in compliance with local employment, tax, and regulatory requirements across SEA, South Asia, and EMEA.

  • Maintain governance documentation, approval workflows, audit trails, and compensation records.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and HRBPs to operationalize clawback, malus, and deferred compensation mechanisms.

  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and data requests related to compensation and benefits.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles across Total Rewards or Performance.

  • Deep expertise in trading and investment compensation models (PnL-based, discretionary, deferred).

  • Proven success designing OKR or performance frameworks in fast-scaling, data-driven environments.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating executive and regional complexities.

  • High integrity, discretion, and resilience in high-performance, confidential environments.

Your X-Factor
