Your Role in Our Mission

The Regulatory Reporting Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization upholds its regulatory responsibilities while scaling across diverse jurisdictions. As part of our mission to build a transparent and resilient financial platform, you will strengthen the risk and control environment, helping us stay ahead of evolving global compliance standards. This role is central to evaluating compliance readiness, control effectiveness, and process sustainability. You will help implement and operationalize a standardized Regulatory Assurance Methodology, enabling our teams to proactively manage reporting accuracy, regulatory alignment, and audit preparedness as we grow.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Regulatory Review & Assurance

  • Execute 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) reviews across the regulatory reporting lifecycle.

  • Evaluate the adequacy and design of controls for regulatory obligations.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainable integration of regulatory changes.

Documentation & Compliance Oversight

  • Prepare assurance documentation, including testing plans, workpapers, and reporting.

  • Support internal and external audits through evidence collation and process explanations.

  • Stay informed and implement regulatory changes, including GAAP updates and local laws.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with risk, legal, compliance, and finance teams on reporting matters.

  • Assist with development of templates, methodologies, and testing frameworks.

  • Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulators to ensure seamless reporting.

Reporting Process Optimization

  • Review internal reports and regulatory filings.

  • Lead and mentor the reporting team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Analyze control evidence across product and jurisdictional scopes to ensure completeness and relevance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.

  • CA CC qualification or experience in a reputed CA Firm strongly preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance or regulatory reporting, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and financial reporting platforms.

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or regulatory environments is highly valued.

  • Excellent command of English communication, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
