Your Role in Our Mission

As Product Manager — Partnerships & Distribution, you own two of FundedNext’s most important growth levers: the Affiliate Program and the Refer & Earn product. You will take end-to-end accountability for the affiliate journey — from first application through to commission payout — and build the internal systems, portal experiences, and fraud guardrails that let the program scale without breaking. This is a role for a PM who is equally comfortable designing trader-facing referral flows and the operational plumbing underneath them, and who measures success in affiliate quality, not just volume.


How You'll Make an Impact

Affiliate Program & Refer & Earn Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end affiliate journey — from application and onboarding through active promotion to commission payout — and systematically remove friction at every stage

  • Own the Refer & Earn program — design referral mechanics, reward structures, and in-product flows that turn every funded trader into a potential acquisition channel

  • Design and optimise commission structures for both programs — ensuring models are competitive, transparent, and aligned with trader quality (not just volume)

Affiliate Portal & Internal Tooling

  • Build the affiliate portal product — define requirements for a self-service dashboard where affiliates can track real-time earnings, performance analytics, commission history, referral links, and marketing assets

  • Define and build internal operations tooling — admin systems for commission disbursement workflows, affiliate onboarding reviews, activity auditing, and compliance checks that reduce manual approvals at scale

  • Streamline the affiliate onboarding process — define application review criteria, automate where possible, and reduce time-to-activation for new affiliates

Integrity, Attribution & Cross-Squad Coordination

  • Set guardrails that protect program integrity — design fraud detection mechanisms, self-referral prevention, commission abuse monitoring, and policy violation flags that scale with the affiliate base

  • Coordinate with Growth squads (CFD and Futures) on attribution tracking — ensure affiliate-referred traffic is properly tagged and feeds into funnel analytics

  • Work with the Payments & Settlement squad on commission payout processing — define disbursement schedules, approval workflows, and reconciliation requirements

Measurement & OKR Ownership

  • Define and track squad OKRs: affiliate activation rate, affiliate-sourced revenue, affiliate-sourced trader quality (LTV, pass rate), commission disbursement processing time, and Refer & Earn conversion rate

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, with exposure to affiliate programs, referral systems, creator/influencer platforms, or partner-driven acquisition channels

  • Experience designing or optimising affiliate commission structures, tiered reward models, and referral incentive programs

  • Understanding of attribution and tracking systems — referral links, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution across sessions and devices

  • Experience building affiliate-facing or partner-facing portals and dashboards with real-time earnings, performance analytics, and payout visibility

  • Strong internal tooling and operations product experience — ability to design admin systems for commission disbursement, onboarding approvals, and activity auditing

  • Experience designing guardrails and fraud prevention mechanisms for affiliate or referral programs at scale

  • Strong data skills — ability to analyse affiliate activation rates, affiliate-sourced trader quality (LTV, pass rates), commission ROI, and program-level unit economics

  • Experience with operational process design — streamlining manual workflows such as commission auditing, disbursement approvals, and compliance checks

  • Understanding of affiliate lifecycle management — application review, onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn prevention

  • Experience in fintech, trading, affiliate marketing platforms, or creator economy platforms is a strong plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)
