Job description

Who We Are

NEXT Ventures is where ambition takes shape and momentum becomes movement. As a global platform revolutionising access to performance-based capital, we empower the world’s most driven individuals to rise. Through our flagship brand, FundedNext, we empower dreamers to become doers, and potential to turn into performance. With 500+ driven minds across five countries, we power a global rhythm — 220,000+ daily users from 170+ nations, each chasing greatness in their own way.

Your Role in Our Mission

As Product Manager - Growth, you own the commercial engine that drives the majority of FundedNext’s revenue. The CFD Growth squad controls the full commercial lifecycle — from the moment an anonymous visitor lands on our website through their first challenge purchase, first trade placed, and every repeat purchase that follows. This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role: you will run discovery, design experiments, define the roadmap, and ship the funnel improvements that directly move company-level growth metrics. If you are energised by the connection between product decisions and revenue outcomes, this is your seat.

How You'll Make an Impact

Commercial Lifecycle & Funnel Strategy

  • Own the full CFD commercial lifecycle strategy — from anonymous visitor landing on the website through first challenge purchase, first trade placement, and repeat purchases

  • Define and prioritise the CFD Growth squad roadmap, balancing quick wins with strategic bets

  • Run product discovery — user interviews, data analysis, and competitive research — to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for improving conversion, onboarding, and retention

Conversion Optimisation & Experimentation

  • Design and run A/B experiments on landing pages, pricing pages, checkout flows, and onboarding sequences to systematically improve funnel conversion rates

  • Work with the analytics pipeline to define funnel metrics, set up event tracking (page_view, add_to_cart, checkout_started, purchase_completed), and interpret cohort data

Onboarding & Re-engagement

  • Own post-purchase onboarding — design the experience that moves a purchaser to their first trade within 48 hours, including welcome flows, platform setup guidance, and trial/demo account experiences

  • Build re-challenge and win-back flows — design re-engagement sequences for traders who fail a challenge or lapse, driving repeat purchase rates

Cross-Squad Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate with the Payments & Settlement squad on checkout handoff, CFD Trading Rules & Risk squad on challenge catalogue API integration, and the Analytics pipeline on funnel event tracking

  • Write clear PRDs and specs for engineering and design teams, translating business objectives into shippable product increments

Measurement & OKR Ownership

  • Define and track squad-level OKRs aligned with company growth targets: visitor-to-purchase conversion rate, onboarding completion rate, and repeat purchase rate

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, conversion optimisation, or e-commerce funnels

  • Proven track record of improving funnel conversion metrics — visitor-to-purchase, onboarding completion, repeat purchase rates — with measurable results

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation design, and statistical interpretation of test results

  • Strong understanding of checkout and payment flows, pricing page optimisation, and post-purchase onboarding sequences

  • Experience working with analytics teams to define funnel metrics, set up event tracking, and interpret cohort data

  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, UTM tracking, and campaign-level performance analysis

  • Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or subscription/SaaS businesses strongly preferred

  • Strong product discovery skills — user interviews, research synthesis, and translating insights into roadmap priorities

  • Excellent written communication — ability to write clear PRDs and specs for cross-functional engineering teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience)

Your Journey After Applying

  • 30-minute HR Session with the Talent Acquisition team

  • 60-minute Session with the Direct Supervisor

  • 60-minute Session with Chief Strategy Officer
