Job Nature: Full Time

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Office Modality: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

Weekend: Saturday, Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 40,000 BDT - 80,000 BDT

• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager who will help us to understand how our products are being used and how they can be improved. This can include analyzing data on customer usage, conducting customer research, and working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product improvements. The job also involves creating and maintaining product documentation, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and communicating product information to stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills, are typically required for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

• Define product roadmap and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback.

• Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager.

• Strong understanding of product management methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
