Your Role in Our Mission

Payroll Specialist responsible for accurate, compliant, and on-time payroll across APAC, and end-to-end management of expatriate work permits and mobility. Partnering with People & Culture, Finance, and global mobility stakeholders to keep our workforce paid right and legally set up to work.

How You'll Make an Impact

APAC Payroll

  • Run monthly payroll across APAC entities, ensuring full compliance with local statutory requirements and year-end filings.

  • Maintain payroll data accuracy across HRIS and payroll systems, and coordinate with Finance on reconciliations and audits.

  • Manage relationships with regional payroll vendors and statutory authorities, and resolve employee payroll queries with discretion.

Expatriate Mobility & Work Permits

  • Manage the full work permit and employment pass lifecycle across APAC markets, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and dependent passes.

  • Track expatriate quotas, expiry timelines, and regulatory changes across APAC immigration frameworks to avoid lapses.

  • Support relocation logistics and documentation alongside Talent Acquisition and People Ops.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure payroll and mobility operations comply with local employment, tax, and immigration regulations across APAC.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and prepare payroll dashboards, headcount cost reports, and mobility analytics for leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • 5–8 years of payroll experience with strong end-to-end ownership of multi-country APAC payroll, and hands-on experience managing expatriate work permit applications.

  • Working knowledge of APAC employment, tax, and immigration regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Proficient in payroll software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
