Job description

WHO WE ARE

NEXT Ventures is where ambition takes shape and momentum becomes movement. As a global platform revolutionising access to performance-based capital, we empower the world's most driven individuals to rise. Through our flagship brands — FundedNext, one of the world's fastest-growing proprietary trading platforms, and FNmarkets, a regulated CFD brokerage — we turn potential into performance. With 500+ driven minds across five countries, we power a global rhythm: 220,000+ daily users from 170+ nations, each chasing greatness on their own terms.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

As a Partner Relationship Manager within our Community & Partner Management wing, you are the primary owner of a complex portfolio of affiliates, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs) who fuel FN Group's growth through referrals and platform advocacy. You go beyond maintaining relationships — you actively monitor partner health, proactively retain at-risk partners, and translate performance data into actionable guidance that helps partners succeed on the FundedNext and FNmarkets platforms.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Portfolio Management & Relationship Excellence

  • Independently manage a larger and more complex portfolio of active affiliates, influencers, and IBs — maintaining a proactive, structured communication cadence tailored to each partner's tier and activity level.

  • Monitor partner health signals across the assigned portfolio — including referral volume trends, activity rates, platform engagement, and churn indicators — acting on early warning signs without waiting for escalation.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships that position FN Group as the partner-of-choice in the prop trading and CFD brokerage space.

Retention & Re-engagement

  • Proactively identify at-risk or lapsing partners and independently execute re-engagement strategies, including personalised outreach, incentive proposals, and escalation to the M2 where commercial decisions are required.

  • Conduct in-depth partner performance reviews — analysing referral data, commission trends, and engagement metrics — to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve their results on the platform.

  • Drive partner outreach for new feature and offer launches, ensuring affiliates, IBs, and UGC creators are activated and reached in line with the go-to-market plan.

Communication & Platform Updates

  • Communicate platform updates, new challenge structures, payout policy changes, promotional campaigns, and referral incentive opportunities to the assigned portfolio in a timely, clear, and commercially framed manner.

  • Coordinate with Partner Operations on commission queries, tracking discrepancies, and account issues — ensuring resolution is communicated back to partners efficiently.

Insights & Peer Guidance

  • Aggregate partner feedback and sentiment signals from across the portfolio and present structured insights and pattern observations to the Partner Relationship Manager on a regular cadence.

  • Provide informal guidance and support to IC1 Partner Relationship Managers on relationship management approach, partner communication quality, and portfolio prioritisation — without formal line management responsibility.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1–3 years of experience in partner relationship management, affiliate account management, or customer success — ideally within fintech, prop trading, forex/CFD brokerage, or digital financial services.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a partner or affiliate portfolio with measurable retention and engagement outcomes.

  • Proven track record of identifying at-risk partners and executing proactive re-engagement strategies that deliver results.

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, HasOffers, TrackNow) and CRM systems for portfolio management and engagement tracking.

  • Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commission models, and how partner performance data should drive engagement strategy.

  • Experience analysing partner performance data and translating it into actionable recommendations communicated directly to partners.

  • Comfortable providing informal peer guidance on relationship management practices to junior team members without formal supervisory authority.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to tailor messaging by partner tier, culture, and commercial context.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline preferred but not required.

YOUR X-FACTOR

  • You read between the lines — spotting a disengaging partner from subtle signals before the data catches up.

  • You communicate commercially — framing every update, incentive, and recommendation in terms of what it means for the partner's bottom line.

  • You're relationship-first but data-informed — you build genuine trust while using analytics to back every recommendation you make.

  • You elevate those around you — sharing what works with IC1 peers without being asked, because a stronger team means stronger results for everyone.

YOUR JOURNEY AFTER APPLYING

  1. TA Interview

  2. Hiring Manager Interview

  3. Final Interview — conversation with the Head of Community & Partner Management
