Your Role in Our Mission
The Onboarding Specialist leads negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate partners to secure strategic collaborations. The role involves reviewing pre-meeting briefs and preparing clear negotiation strategies with defined target outcomes. The specialist executes negotiations to close partnerships within approved commercial terms. All agreed outcomes are accurately documented to ensure smooth handover to the Partner Management team. This role plays a key part in expanding and strengthening the affiliate partner network.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate prospects.
Receive pre-meeting briefs (typically 24 hours prior) containing affiliate background, context, and strategic parameters.
Prepare negotiation strategy for each engagement, including identifying our walk-away points and target outcomes.
Execute negotiations with the goal of securing partnerships at or below our target terms.
Document outcomes and hand off closed deals to the Partner Management team for ongoing relationship management.
What you Bring
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
Open to interns, fresh graduates, and early-career candidates with strong potential.
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Western influencers and high-value partners.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
Ability to prepare and execute negotiation strategies based on provided briefs and commercial parameters.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and handover capabilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
