Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as the key link between business units and the core People & Culture team. From workforce planning to onboarding, from employee relations to training needs analysis, this role requires someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, understands the nuances of departmental dynamics, and ensures that the HR lens is present in every people decision. You will play a critical role in building a culture of communication, accountability, and performance within your assigned departments.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Stakeholder Partnership & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with department leaders to drive manpower planning and headcount forecasting.
Facilitate discussions around team structures, succession planning, and internal mobility.
Liaise between departments and Talent Acquisition to validate role requirements and priorities.
Talent Acquisition & Compensation Support
Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation alongside hiring managers.
Coordinate creation and alignment of JDs, scorecards, and competency frameworks.
Align hiring decisions with approved salary ranges and negotiate offers in collaboration with TA.
Departmental Onboarding & Culture Enablement
Lead department-specific onboarding programs to complement organizational onboarding.
Implement and oversee buddy systems, ensuring new joiners have smooth transitions.
Support integration and celebration touchpoints (e.g. returns from leave, team milestones).
Employee Lifecycle & Documentation Oversight
Maintain up-to-date records for departmental employees and flag data/documentation gaps.
Ensure all HR documentation (e.g. letters, requisitions, updates) are processed correctly.
Lead departmental exit interviews and share actionable insights with relevant teams.
Issue Resolution, Surveys & ENPS Follow-up
Proactively address people issues within departments, including team dynamics and conflicts.
Collaborate on internal surveys and ENPS analysis; lead follow-up sessions with managers.
Coordinate action planning in response to audit findings or negative feedback trends.
Training & Development Liaison
Conduct departmental Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on manager input and observations.
Share TNA insights with the L&D team and track training delivery and participation.
Monitor post-training feedback and departmental impact of development initiatives.
HR Operations Collaboration
Partner with the People Operations team to ensure policy awareness, attendance monitoring, and SOP alignment.
Flag potential compliance issues and collaborate on policy reinforcement campaigns.
Provide ad-hoc support for HR operations escalations and system improvement feedback.
What You Bring
3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally in a business partnering or generalist role.
Demonstrated experience managing department-level stakeholders and driving alignment.
Sound understanding of HR processes including onboarding, exits, recruitment, and policy compliance.
Strong collaboration, communication, and data interpretation skills.
Exposure to HRMS/HRIS systems and Google Workspace tools.
Experience in recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, selection) preferred.

Your Pay & Perks
Monthly salary range: BDT 40,000 – BDT 65,000.
