Your Role in Our Mission

As a Motion Designer, you will craft dynamic visual experiences that define how NEXT, FundedNext, FNMarkets, and FNFutures communicate with the world. You will translate ideas, campaigns, and stories into powerful motion graphics, animated visuals, and design systems that educate, engage, and inspire global audiences. Your work will be central in shaping brand perception, bringing concepts to life through animation, motion identity, and innovative visual storytelling.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Creative Motion Production

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animated explainers, and visual storytelling assets.

• Develop visually engaging logo animations, intros/outros, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects.

• Create motion-first content for YouTube, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, websites, and internal brand communication.

• Lead the creation of animated assets for educational content, trader insights, tutorials, and campaign messages.

• Apply advanced animation techniques, including simulation effects, compositing, 3D rendering, camera movement, and VFX.

Brand & Campaign Motion Content

• Develop animated content for FundedNext and FNFutures to boost brand awareness, retention, and conversions.

• Create branding and rebranding animations, campaign launch visuals, and motion-driven storytelling assets.

• Support social and employer branding through animated reels, event visuals, and highlight sequences.

• Maintain a consistent motion style aligned with NEXT’s brand identity while pushing creative innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, and Media teams to meet business objectives through motion design.

• Translate complex briefs, user journeys, and key messages into clear, engaging motion visuals.

• Coordinate with external talents, vendors, and agencies for large-scale or specialized motion projects.

Workflow & Process Management

• Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Maintain structured design pipelines, asset libraries, and workflow systems for efficient collaboration.

• Use tools such as ClickUp and Google Suite to ensure transparency and alignment across ongoing projects.

• Identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions that maintain a smooth animation pipeline.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer in a fast-paced environment, ideally in branding, marketing, or fintech.

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D / Blender, and Figma.

• Strong skills in 3D animation, typography animation, VFX and compositing, storyboarding, and animatics.

• Experience producing ads, animated explainers, social reels, brand visuals, and UI/UX motion elements.

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Strong visual communication skills and an understanding of brand identity systems.

• Monthly salary range: BDT 30,000 to BDT 90,000
