Mid-Level Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Mobile App Developer (Flutter) who is passionate about building elegant, user-friendly mobile applications. The right candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver robust, performant, and scalable mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Dart code

• Implement UI components and ensure a smooth user experience across devices

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests

• Debug and resolve issues in production environments

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams for end-to-end implementation

• Contribute to application architecture, performance tuning, and third-party integrations

• Stay updated with Flutter releases and share knowledge within the team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile application development experience

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience with Flutter and Dart

• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns, widget trees, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, or GraphQL

• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong communication skills and team player mindset

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development

• Familiarity with state management libraries like BLoC, Provider, Riverpod

• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

• Familiarity with Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, or App Monitoring tools

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: Negotiable

• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
