Your Role in Our Mission

As the Design Manager – UI/UX, you will be at the forefront of defining and elevating the user experience for our trading and brokerage platforms. Your mission is to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing design team while driving a cohesive design strategy across client-facing and internal tools. As a key partner to product and business leadership, you will ensure that our products not only meet complex regulatory and business requirements but also deliver intuitive, world-class user journeys. You will be the champion of user-centered design, setting new standards of excellence across the FX and CFD industry.

Design Leadership & Vision

• Define and execute a clear design vision across client-facing and internal platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Champion user-centered design by turning complex workflows into simple, seamless, and accessible user journeys.

• Stay ahead of fintech and trading design trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Team Building & Mentorship

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing UI/UX team that delivers design excellence.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

• Provide guidance and career development opportunities to empower designers to produce their best work.

Process & Operational Excellence

• Establish best practices for design systems, user research, and testing frameworks to ensure product quality and consistency.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to create smooth collaboration and efficient delivery.

• Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final assets that meet usability and accessibility standards.

• Apply deep expertise in CFD brokerage systems (client portals, CRM, IB modules, trading platforms) to design solutions that meet both regulatory and user needs.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in UI/UX leadership roles, ideally within CFD, FX, or fintech environments.

• Strong understanding of brokerage in-house systems, including back-office tools, CRM, payment flows, IB systems, and account management.

• Demonstrated success in building, managing, and developing high-performing design teams.

• Portfolio showcasing complex product design in fintech or trading platforms.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and fast-paced product development cycles.
