Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SQA Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through the use of manual and automated testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Development: Design comprehensive test plans and develop test cases to address all aspects of software testing, including functionality, usability, and performance.

• Requirements Analysis: Develop flowcharts, layouts, and traceability matrices to clearly identify software requirements and solutions.

• SQL Proficiency: Construct and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshoot database-related issues.

• Defect Tracking and Reporting: Monitor tools like Sentry and Crashlytics to identify defects. Maintain product improvement documents and track defects using systems like Clickup or JIRA.

• Manual and Automated Testing: Execute various types of manual testing (e.g., smoke, integration, system testing) and develop scripts for automated testing scenarios using tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Katalon Studio, Cypress, etc.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.

• Strong experience with both manual and automated testing tools and techniques (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO).

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Clickup, JIRA).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Monthly salary range: 100,000 - 150,000 BDT

• Bi-annual salary review  (Eligibility Condition Applies)
