Your Role in Our Mission

As the Lead – HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a strategic role in aligning people strategy with business priorities across the organization. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will manage a team of HRBPs and partner with leadership to co-design and co-execute HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, performance, and organizational development. Your focus will span workforce planning, talent strategy, people operations, and cultural initiatives—all designed to ensure that our people practices accelerate growth and sustain a high-performance culture. This role is based in Bangladesh and requires the maturity to influence stakeholders, lead complex projects, and turn insights into impactful HR strategies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Strategic HR Partnership & Workforce Planning

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders to align people plans with company objectives.

  • Lead workforce planning discussions and talent reviews to ensure optimal structure and capability.

  • Guide structural and role alignment decisions to drive productivity and clarity across teams.

Talent Strategy & Recruitment Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring plans are aligned with manpower needs.

  • Support hiring managers in crafting role profiles, refining evaluation criteria, and streamlining selection processes.

  • Promote internal mobility and succession planning by identifying and nurturing internal talent.

Performance & Development Enablement

  • Co-own the design and implementation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with OD & PMS leads.

  • Support leadership development, learning programs, and capability building for key talent.

  • Facilitate succession planning to ensure business continuity and future leadership readiness.

People Operations & Policy Execution

  • Partner with People Operations to ensure compliance with labor laws, audit readiness, and process integrity.

  • Guide leaders through policy implementation, grievance handling, and employee relations matters.

  • Drive consistent application of HR practices and ensure data accuracy in collaboration with operations teams.

Engagement, Culture & Retention

  • Champion engagement initiatives, including pulse surveys, recognition programs, and wellness efforts.

  • Analyze feedback and partner with leadership to design interventions that boost morale and retention.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, ownership, and growth through targeted culture-building programs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with proven success in strategic HR partnering roles.

  • Experience leading HRBP teams or cross-functional HR initiatives.

  • Strong command of HR fundamentals—performance management, OD, compliance, and employee engagement.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and strong analytical skills for workforce data interpretation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

  • Prior exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments or multinational operations.
