Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you won’t just support hiring—you’ll own it. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions, communicate with candidates directly, and contribute to global talent strategy initiatives. This is your opportunity to help shape our hiring engine, support critical global expansion, and grow into a strategic HR role. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding—for roles across regions.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment drives.

  • Screen applications and conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and talent pipelines.

  • Take ownership of candidate assessments, pre-screenings, scheduling, and feedback collection.

  • Support offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-boarding in collaboration with HR Operations.

  • Assist in global Talent Acquisition Research & Development (R&D), helping identify trends, best practices, and process improvements.

  • Contribute to projects involving employer branding, compensation research, benefits support, and regional recruitment benchmarks.

  • Build and maintain a database of high-potential candidates for recurring and future needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for recruitment.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented mindset.

  • Understanding of the recruitment life cycle and current global talent market trends.

Skills & Requirements

  • Internship or prior experience (0-2 Years) in global recruitment, sourcing, or HR coordination.

  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruitee

  • Strong presentation skills for candidate pre-screening, onboarding sessions, or HR team meetings

  • Willingness to take initiative, experiment with new sourcing methods, and contribute to process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Monthly salary range: 30,000 - 35,000 BDT

  • Bi-annual salary review  (Eligibility Condition Applies)

  • Festival bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)
