Your Role in Our Mission
As the Lead – Global HR Data Analytics & Workforce Strategy, you will be at the core of transforming how NEXT Ventures makes people decisions. This role partners directly with the Chief People Officer and global HR leadership to architect a data-driven foundation for our workforce strategies. You’ll translate complex people data into strategic insights, guide leadership decisions, and shape the workforce models that power our global growth across trading, technology, and operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
HR Analytics & Insights
Lead global HR analytics and workforce planning initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, productivity, cost of hire, and compensation competitiveness.
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for leadership, optimizing talent deployment and organizational design.
Partner with Global HRIS and People Tech teams to ensure data integrity, automation, and standardized reporting across systems (e.g., HiBob, Recruitee, Tableau, Power BI).
Workforce Strategy & Planning
Design and manage strategic workforce planning models aligning talent supply with global business demand.
Identify trends in mobility, critical skills, attrition risk, and bench strength to drive proactive workforce solutions.
Develop scenario models for future workforce needs across functions and geographies.
Support the CPO in resource optimization to maintain balance between capability, agility, and cost efficiency.
Collaboration with Global HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
Partner with Total Rewards & Performance to link workforce analytics with compensation, OKRs, and performance outcomes.
Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring demand and improve time-to-fill through predictive insights.
Collaborate with HRIS & People Operations to enhance automation, data governance, and analytics consistency.
Support Learning & Development by analyzing capability gaps and measuring learning ROI.
Represent the People Analytics function in global HR forums, setting analytical standards and best practices.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and HR leadership team on workforce and organizational trends.
Build data literacy and analytical capability across the HR community and business leaders.
Champion evidence-based decision-making, embedding analytics into every stage of the talent lifecycle.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce strategy, or people planning — ideally within fintech, trading, or technology-driven industries.
Proven success partnering with senior HR and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions.
Advanced proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of HR metrics, compensation modeling, and organizational design principles.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Outstanding storytelling and communication ability to convey insights to executive audiences.
High learning agility and comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and confidential environment.
