Who We Are

NEXT Ventures is where ambition takes shape and movement becomes momentum. As a global platform revolutionising access to performance-based capital, we empower the world’s most driven individuals to rise. Through our flagship brand, FundedNext, we empower dreamers to become doers, and potential to turn into performance. With 500+ driven minds across five countries, we power a global rhythm—220,000+ daily users from 170+ nations, each chasing greatness in their own way.

Your Role in Our Mission

The Learning & Development team keeps the learning infrastructure running across the organisation — from the platforms that house learning content to the programmes, tracking, and communications that keep people growing. As L&D Intern, you’ll be a core part of keeping that infrastructure running smoothly: managing user access on the learning platform, tracking course assignments and completions, supporting the coordination of structured programmes, and helping the team communicate with learners. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone organised, curious, and keen to understand how learning functions work from the inside.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage LMS administration on an ongoing basis — processing learner and facilitator access requests, onboarding new users, managing role permissions, and offboarding users when required.

  • Track and maintain course assignments across all active programmes, ensuring learners are correctly enrolled and resolving enrolment errors promptly.

  • Monitor and report on course completion rates and learner progress, generating regular status reports for the L&D Manager and relevant stakeholders.

  • Own compliance course tracking — maintaining records of mandatory training completion, flagging non-completions, and producing compliance reports on a regular cadence.

  • Conduct routine LMS health checks, including reviewing user group configurations, auditing content library hygiene, archiving outdated content, and ensuring learner data integrity.

  • Support the coordination of structured learning programmes — scheduling sessions, managing participant lists, issuing certificates, logging feedback, and maintaining attendance records.

  • Support onboarding learning activities for new joiners, coordinating timely enrolment and completion of orientation content.

  • Assist with learner-facing communications for new course releases, reminders, programme launches, and platform updates, including drafting messages and maintaining the content calendar.

  • Contribute to the L&D Training Dashboard — sourcing data from the LMS, flagging anomalies, and supporting data hygiene that keeps reporting accurate.

  • Maintain internal L&D records, trackers, and SOPs to ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer within the team.

What You Bring

  • No prior work experience required. Candidates who have completed all of their academic courses or recently graduated from an HR, Business Administration, or related program are encouraged to apply

  • Comfortable learning and navigating digital platforms; able to manage user records, access permissions, and content assignments with accuracy

  • Willing to use AI tools to accelerate drafting, data processing, and research tasks

  • Asks good questions, picks up new tools quickly, and takes initiative in understanding how things work rather than waiting to be told

Your X-Factor

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), project management tools, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, and AI productivity tools; able to produce polished visual and video assets independently without extensive direction

  • Maintains detailed, up-to-date records; can identify and resolve data inconsistencies; produces clean reports from raw data sources

  • Catches errors before they become problems, whether in a learner list, a completion report, or a scheduled communication

  • Can manage logistics across multiple concurrent programmes: scheduling, participant tracking, reminders, and post-programme administration

  • Writes clearly and professionally for internal audiences (reports, trackers, SOPs) and learner-facing audiences (announcements, reminders)

  • Has a genuine eye for aesthetics and understands basic design principles (hierarchy, spacing, colour, typography), applying them instinctively when creating communications materials, banners, or any learner-facing visual; work feels considered and polished

Your Pay & Perks

  • Monthly stipend: BDT 10,000.

  • Six months of hands-on exposure to learning operations and programme management at a scaling fintech.

  • Direct mentorship from experienced learning and development professionals.

  • Access to on-site amenities.

  • Post-internship continuation may be considered based on business needs and performance during the internship.

Your Daily Source of Energy

  • Subsidized lunch

  • Unlimited tea & coffee

  • Vending machine credits
