Your Role in Our Mission
As an Intern, Client Experience, you will play a key role in supporting our team by validating and processing tasks assigned by the admin. You will play a crucial role in maintaining task quality and ensuring they meet the standards set by the Business Development, Community & Partner Management, and Marketing teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting tasks based on validation results.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Task Validation: Validate tasks assigned by the admin by thoroughly reviewing and checking the proof submitted by users.
Reason Assignment: In case of task rejection, assign specific reasons for rejection following the provided guidelines and criteria.
Task Approval/Rejection: Approve or reject tasks in accordance with the validation results and guidelines.
Performance Metrics: Work towards increasing the number of approved tasks, reducing rejected tasks, and minimizing pending tasks, which will be a key performance indicator (KPI) for this project.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
Students from any discipline can apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English across email, chat, and other channels.
Strong interpersonal skills with openness to diverse perspectives, ideas, and strategies.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with high levels of adaptability, patience, and discipline.
Moderate technical aptitude with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets.
A positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative and vibrant team culture.
