Your Role in Our Mission

As Head of Compliance, you will lead the global compliance framework across FundedNext’s proprietary trading platform and FN Markets’ CFD brokerage operations. You will act as the firm’s regulatory anchor, ensuring adherence to CySEC, ESMA, DFSA, SCA, CMA, VARA, and other frameworks. In this role, you will advise the Board and senior leadership on regulatory strategy, oversee AML/CFT programs, and embed compliance into every aspect of our trading platforms and product design.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensure alignment with CySEC, ESMA, DFSA, SCA, CMA, VARA, and other regulators.

  • Manage licensing, audits, regulatory reporting, and remediation across jurisdictions.

  • Establish compliance policies, controls, and monitoring tailored to leveraged trading environments.

Trading Conduct & Risk Oversight

  • Oversee surveillance frameworks to detect market abuse and prohibited trading practices.

  • Ensure robust controls over leverage, margin, liquidation, and drawdown limits.

  • Provide oversight on execution quality, pricing integrity, and A-book/B-book models.

Financial Crime Compliance (AML/CFT)

  • Lead AML/CFT programs including KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and EDD.

  • Act as MLRO, ensuring suspicious activity reporting and regulatory escalation.

  • Implement fraud prevention controls for online trading environments.

Product & Business Enablement

  • Embed compliance into trading platforms, onboarding flows, and product design.

  • Approve new products (e.g., CFDs across asset classes) and ensure compliant marketing practices.

  • Support market expansion with compliant operating models.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of compliance experience in brokerage, CFD, proprietary trading, or leveraged trading environments.

  • Strong regulatory expertise across CySEC/ESMA and Middle East regulators (DFSA, SCA, CMA, VARA).

  • Deep understanding of CFD products, leverage/margin frameworks, and execution models (A-book/B-book).

  • Proven experience managing AML/CFT programs and regulatory audits.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and board engagement skills.

  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field; CAMS/ICA or similar certifications preferred.

Your X-Factor

  • Ability to safeguard FundedNext and FN Markets’ license to operate across regulated jurisdictions.

  • Trusted advisor to the Board and leadership, balancing risk management with business growth.

  • Embeds compliance into product innovation, making regulatory rigor a competitive advantage.

  • Positions NEXT Ventures as a trusted leader in prop trading and CFD markets globally.

Your Journey after Applying

  • 30‑minute HR interview with Talent Acquisition.

  • 45‑minute Brand & Marketing Strategy Session (with department manager).

  • 60‑minute Final Interview (with Head of Department & Talent Acquisition Lead).
