Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Executive - Visa, Travel & Compliance Operations in ACCA, you will keep our organization connected by managing end-to-end visa and travel operations for employees and leaders. Your role will also ensure financial accuracy through careful requisition and payment processes while supporting audits and compliance. By building strong vendor partnerships and streamlining travel workflows, you will help maintain business continuity, cost efficiency and stakeholder trust. Your dedication and eye for detail will turn complex requests into smooth and reliable support that keeps our mission moving forward.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Travel & Visa Operations
Manage end-to-end visa processing for employees and senior management, including applications for first-world countries.
Arrange and confirm accommodation bookings including hotels and Airbnb in Bangladesh and abroad.
Purchase and manage air tickets from multiple platforms and maintain B2B vendor access with providers such as ShareTrip, SkyScanner, and GoZayaan.
Build and maintain partnerships with visa agencies and travel vendors to secure competitive pricing and priority service.
Financial & Administrative Support
Raise purchase orders and requisitions for visa, travel, and accommodation expenses.
Coordinate with Finance and Audit teams for timely cash disbursement and budget alignment.
Process payments through cards and banking channels ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Track and report spending related to travel and visa operations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Liaise with the CEO’s office to support C-suite travel needs, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
Work closely with the Payment team to ensure timely vendor payments.
Support external audit processes by providing accurate documentation related to travel and visa operations.
Process Improvement & Vendor Management
Identify opportunities to optimize visa and travel workflows, improving speed and accuracy.
Research and onboard new agencies and vendors to expand service options.
Maintain updated records and data on travel, accommodation, and visa transactions to support compliance and reporting.
Additional Responsibilities
Demonstrate a flexible mindset and willingness to take on any other tasks assigned by management to support organizational needs.
Carry out routine administrative tasks as part of daily operations to support overall organizational efficiency.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Administration, IT, Travel and Tourism Management or a related field is preferred, though not required, for outstanding candidates.
2–5 years of experience in visa processing, travel coordination, vendor and partner management, or administration.
Strong understanding of international travel requirements and visa processes, especially for first-world countries.
Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, AI tools, and online travel platforms (e.g., ShareTrip, SkyScanner, GoZayaan, etc.).
Experience in financial processes like raising requisitions, preparing purchase orders, and payment follow-up.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A strong command of English in both speaking and writing is essential.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn independently to keep up with evolving tools and practices.

Your Pay & Perks
Monthly salary range: BDT 40,000 – BDT 60,000.
