NEXT Ventures is where ambition takes shape and momentum becomes movement. As a global platform revolutionising access to performance-based capital, we empower the world’s most driven individuals to rise. Through our flagship brand, FundedNext, we empower dreamers to become doers, and potential to turn into performance. Your Role in Our Mission

As the Global Lead – Workforce Management, you will own and drive the enterprise-wide workforce strategy across our global operations. This leadership role is pivotal in enabling scalable growth, operational excellence, and cost optimization. You will architect forward-looking manpower strategies, align cross-regional capacity planning with business priorities, and transform workforce data into executive-level insights that power smarter decisions.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who can navigate complexity, lead cross-functional alignment, and build a best-in-class global WFM framework.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Global Workforce Strategy & Governance

  • Design and implement a unified global workforce management framework across regions and business units.

  • Establish governance models, planning standards, and forecasting methodologies to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Partner with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with long-term growth, transformation, and cost targets.

  • Drive annual and multi-year manpower planning cycles across global markets.

Strategic Manpower Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead global headcount planning aligned with operational priorities, expansion initiatives, and productivity targets.

  • Oversee demand forecasting models incorporating historical trends, seasonality, market growth, and business pipeline.

  • Guide regional WFM teams in capacity planning, shift optimization, and scenario modeling.

  • Deliver predictive insights to proactively mitigate risks in staffing gaps or overcapacity.

Workload Modeling & Cost Optimization

  • Build enterprise-level workload models translating business scope into optimal staffing structures.

  • Identify global efficiency opportunities across workflows, operating models, and scheduling patterns.

  • Balance service levels, customer experience, and cost discipline to achieve sustainable labor economics.

  • Champion data-driven decision-making in labor cost management and productivity enhancement.

Performance Analytics & Executive Reporting

  • Establish global WFM KPIs and reporting frameworks (forecast accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, schedule adherence, utilization).

  • Develop real-time dashboards providing leadership with visibility into workforce performance and risks.

  • Present actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders to support strategic and financial planning.

  • Continuously refine forecasting accuracy through advanced analytics and scenario testing.

Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership

  • Act as the strategic bridge between Operations, HR, Finance, and Business Strategy.

  • Lead and mentor regional WFM managers to elevate capability, standardization, and best practices.

  • Influence stakeholders across diverse geographies to ensure alignment and execution discipline.

  • Drive change management initiatives related to workforce transformation and automation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Management, including leadership of multi-region or global teams.

  • Proven track record in high-volume, complex environments (BPO, contact centers, fintech, financial services, shared services, or technology operations).

  • Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies, capacity modeling, and labor cost optimization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and enterprise WFM platforms (e.g., NICE, Aspect, Verint, Genesys).

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect workforce metrics to P&L impact.

  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and scale processes globally.

Your X-Factor

  • Thinks globally, executes locally — building scalable systems that adapt to regional nuances.

  • Operates as a strategic advisor, not just a planner — aligning workforce data with enterprise growth ambitions.

  • Combines analytical rigor with business judgment to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Turns complexity into clarity, creating structure in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Your Journey After Applying

  • 30-minute Session with TA Team

  • 60-minute Interview with Regional HRBP

  • 60-minute Interview with Top Management
