Job Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture team, where you’ll be at the forefront of building the tech talents that power our organization and our clients’ success. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and take ownership of sourcing and placing talent that drives innovation. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Prepare job descriptions for technical roles.
Manage stakeholder and candidate communication.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and market research.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters as needed.
Job requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar position.
Expertise:
Familiarity with technical roles and tech-savvy.
In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, staying informed about current trends and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in tech-related positions.
Experience in the fintech industry is preferable.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to build and maintain a strong talent network.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
