Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive / Senior Executive – Talent Sourcing, you’ll play a critical role in connecting high-caliber candidates with high-impact opportunities across our global business units. Your mission is to build proactive pipelines, unearth great talent in unlikely places, and run smooth first-touch screening processes that ensure our recruitment engine stays ahead of business needs. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers across functions, you’ll serve as both scout and gatekeeper—bringing in the right profiles, maintaining real-time pipeline visibility, and elevating candidate experience from the very first interaction. How You’ll Make an Impact

Sourcing Strategy & Talent Mapping

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role priorities, and target profiles.

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referral networks.

  • Conduct ongoing talent mapping, market research, and competitor intelligence to support future hiring and workforce planning.

Pipeline Development & Candidate Outreach

  • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines across roles, functions, and locations.

  • Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our brand and effectively engage passive candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, interest, and role alignment before handing over to recruiters.

Systems, Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation and data hygiene in our ATS (Recruitee), keeping candidate status and notes updated in real-time.

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide weekly visibility into pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and outreach performance.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to identify bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and improve time-to-fill metrics.

Candidate Experience & Brand Representation

  • Represent NEXT with professionalism and authenticity in all candidate interactions.

  • Act as a brand ambassador—sharing our values, culture, and mission to attract and retain top talent.

  • Share market feedback and candidate insights with the recruitment and employer branding teams to continuously improve positioning.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination, or full-cycle hiring (agency or in-house preferred).

  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify qualified candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent databases.

  • Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate data management.

  • Structured approach to pipeline maintenance, able to juggle multiple roles and deadlines without losing clarity.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to build rapport, assess fit, and engage candidates with professionalism and warmth.

  • Resilience, proactivity, and independent ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in fintech, trading, or high-growth startups is a plus.

  • Monthly salary range: BDT 30,000 – BDT 50,000
