Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive / Senior Executive – Brand Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how NEXT Ventures and its flagship brands connect with audiences worldwide. From managing 60+ ad deliverables to steering 20+ branding campaigns monthly, your work will drive awareness, retention, and loyalty across regions. By balancing creativity with performance-driven execution, you will ensure our campaigns not only look great but also deliver measurable impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Ad & Campaign Strategy

• Develop and execute regional ad strategies aligned with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and local market needs.

• Plan, launch, and monitor monthly ad deliverables across multiple channels including digital, social, and performance platforms.

• Ensure campaign timelines are met without compromising on creative quality or brand consistency.

Content Production & Management

• Oversee production of campaign deliverables, including voiceovers, audience strategies, and creative briefs.

• Build unified processes for copy and creative teams to streamline workflow and ensure timely content delivery.

• Lead the development of branding campaigns for CFD and other product lines, balancing high-volume output with strong quality control.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between media, copy, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

• Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

• Provide feedback loops and guidance for iterative improvements in creative outputs.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor ad and campaign performance across CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and brand sentiment.

• Use data insights to optimize content strategy and improve ROI.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for visibility across stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• 2–5 years of proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or campaign strategy.

• Strong understanding of ad platforms, audience segmentation, and creative performance metrics.

• Hands-on experience managing high-volume ad deliverables and multi-regional campaigns.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and ClickUp (or other workflow tools).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative mindset with the discipline to manage timelines and deliverables under pressure.
