Your Role in Our Mission

As FNmarkets scales its licensed brokerage operations, the speed and accuracy of every payment, settlement, and reconciliation directly shapes user trust and operational continuity. The Executive, Revenue Operations sits at the heart of that engine. This role keeps money moving cleanly across our payment partners, banks, and internal systems, surfaces the operational signals leadership needs to make decisions, and helps build the automation that lets the function scale faster than headcount. It's hands-on, high-volume work where precision and speed compound into platform reliability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Daily Payment & Settlement Operations

• Execute daily payment processing, settlements, and reconciliation across internal systems and external payment channels.

• Monitor fund flows, bank balances, and liquidity positions to support smooth operational continuity.

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and transaction exceptions.

Partner & Channel Coordination

• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and payment processors to ensure smooth payment operations.

• Track partner performance and flag issues that affect throughput, success rates, or settlement timing.

Reporting & Operational Insight

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to assist management decision-making.

• Analyze transaction data to identify operational trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Assist in improving payment processes through basic automation, workflow optimization, and AI-assisted tools.

• Contribute to strengthening reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting frameworks as the platform scales.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of experience in payments, treasury operations, fintech, or brokerage environments is a strong plus.

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Basic understanding of global payment systems such as ACH, SWIFT, card networks, or digital wallets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with automation tools, AI-assisted analytics, or workflow optimization platforms is a plus.

Your X-Factor

• You treat reconciliation breaks like puzzles, not chores. When numbers don't match, you want to know why before anyone asks.

• You stay calm and methodical when settlement issues hit during peak hours, working the problem rather than the panic.

• You're naturally curious about how payments actually work behind the scenes, and you read up on PSPs, networks, and emerging payment rails on your own time.

• You spot patterns in messy transaction data that others scroll past.
