Compensation:

  • Salary Range: Negotiable

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).

  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Finance & Audit department. Who will be responsible for managing departmental workflows through ClickUp while supporting financial operations across the organization. This role requires conducting financial research, executing high-priority tasks with precision, collaborating with stakeholders, and identifying process improvements.


Job Responsibilities:

ClickUp & Departmental Task Management:

  • Prepare quarterly priority documentation and update KPIs in ClickUp.

  • Create and manage dashboards to track finance & Audit (F&A) tasks weekly.

  • Conduct daily departmental huddles and maintain ClickUp updates for organizational huddles.

  • Ensure 100% task tracking accuracy and timely updates in ClickUp.

 

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on diverse financial and operational projects.

  • Analyze financial trends, market risks, and internal data for strategic decision-making.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial risks.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support financial planning and risk management.

 

Task Execution & Ad-hoc Priorities:

  • Execute urgent and high-priority finance tasks with 100% accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all finance-related tasks.

  • Align execution with business goals to support audit readiness and compliance.

  • Assist in financial audits, compliance assessments, and risk analysis.

  • Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of financial data.


Collaboration & Support:

  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and leadership.

  • Provide timely responses to financial queries from stakeholders.

  • Support cross-functional finance projects to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Train and assist team members on financial tools, ClickUp, and best practices.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to improve processes and alignment

 

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in financial workflows.

  • Develop and propose automation and process enhancement solutions.

  • Suggest cost-saving strategies and resource allocation improvements.

  • Improve reporting structures to enhance data-driven decision-making.

  • Implement best practices in financial research, compliance, and documentation.

Job requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics. 

  • 1 year of experience is preferred in a Research Related Job.

  • Freshers are also Highly Encouraged to Apply.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Expert in Project Management Tools Like Clickup 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other Financial reporting tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
