Your Role in Our Mission
As a People Operations Executive, you will support the smooth execution of HR operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and benefits to data accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys improving systems, and is ready to build a strong foundation in people operations within a fast-growing fintech company.
How You’ll Make an Impact
HR Operations & Lifecycle Support
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure clean data management.
Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, document collection, and lifecycle updates.
Assist with leave tracking, benefits coordination, and background verification processes.
Review and verify timesheets and attendance data in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing based on attendance and lifecycle data.
Compliance & Policy Execution
Ensure timely updates to HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Help monitor adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines through structured documentation.
Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews.
Employee Service & Support
Respond to employee queries around payroll, benefits, policies, and HR systems.
Facilitate clear communication of HR updates, policy changes, and key process announcements.
Assist conflict resolution efforts by ensuring accurate documentation and timely admin support.
Assist in maintaining shift schedules and holiday calendars as required.
Technology & Workflow Optimization
Help optimize use of HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Google Workspace) to reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with the team to automate repetitive tasks and streamline internal processes.
Recommend improvements based on user feedback and process reviews.
Reporting & HR Analytics
Generate regular reports on attendance, headcount, attrition, and compliance status.
Support internal reviews and leadership reporting by gathering accurate people data.
Maintain trackers and dashboards for key operational metrics.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR operations or similar administrative HR roles.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and process orientation.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Good understanding of labor law basics and people operations workflows (preferred).

Your Pay & Perks
Monthly salary range: BDT 30,000 – BDT 35,000.
