Job Overview:
As an Executive in the Performance Management System (PMS) and Organizational Development (OD) team, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance frameworks, OKRs, and employee development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR functions, contribute to building a high-performance culture, and learn from senior HR leaders in a fast-paced, employee-centric organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management Support:

  • Assist in coordinating the performance review cycle, including setting timelines, reminders, and ensuring completion of appraisals.

  • Support OKR tracking by maintaining relevant data and dashboards.

  • Work with the PMS lead to align individual goals with departmental and organizational OKRs.

  • Help organize feedback and coaching sessions and maintain proper documentation.

Organizational Development:

  • Collecting data and preparing reports for competency mapping, skill gap analysis, and engagement surveys.

  • Assist in planning and executing development programs such as team-building workshops and leadership training events.

  • Support the OD team in documenting and evaluating training and development outcomes.

Employee Lifecycle Activities:

  • Help facilitate onboarding sessions and gather feedback from new hires to improve integration processes.

  • Assist in coordinating exit interviews and compile insights from feedback reports.

  • Support execution of career development initiatives and maintain accurate records of employee progress.

HR Operations & Analytics:

  • Maintain and update PMS & OD trackers, performance records, and training logs.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on HR analytics to help guide decision-making.

  • Stay updated on HR trends and support continuous improvement by suggesting small but effective changes.

Collaboration & Learning:

  • Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional departments to understand organizational needs.

  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas and observations from a fresh perspective.
    Show initiative and curiosity in learning about performance management tools, OKRs, and OD best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Basic understanding of performance management and organizational development concepts is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a people centric HR role.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 30,000-35,000 BDT

  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).

  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
