Your Role in Our Mission
As an Executive - Partner Onboarding Specialist, you ensure FundedNext’s partner ecosystem grows with strength and structure. This role connects negotiation, onboarding, and relationship-building into a seamless process that directly drives revenue. By combining clear communication with cultural adaptability, you transform new partners into long-term contributors to our global momentum.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Create onboarding playbooks, negotiation scripts, and structured partner trackers.
Generate measurable revenue through successful onboarding and partner conversions.
Deliver weekly reports to leadership on partner performance and pipeline health.
Streamline onboarding through basic automations that improve efficiency and consistency.
What You Bring
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, proven in a global context.
Experience with sales calls and cultural adaptability when working across regions.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) for partner tracking and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills that make partners feel valued and supported.
