Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive - Partner Onboarding Specialist, you ensure FundedNext’s partner ecosystem grows with strength and structure. This role connects negotiation, onboarding, and relationship-building into a seamless process that directly drives revenue. By combining clear communication with cultural adaptability, you transform new partners into long-term contributors to our global momentum.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create onboarding playbooks, negotiation scripts, and structured partner trackers.

  • Generate measurable revenue through successful onboarding and partner conversions.

  • Deliver weekly reports to leadership on partner performance and pipeline health.

  • Streamline onboarding through basic automations that improve efficiency and consistency.


What You Bring

  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, proven in a global context.

  • Experience with sales calls and cultural adaptability when working across regions.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) for partner tracking and reporting.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that make partners feel valued and supported.
