Position: Executive - Operations
Job Nature: Full Time 
Office Hours:

  • 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM

  • 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

  • 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Weekend: 2 days off

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 35,000

• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations Department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of operational workflows, with responsibilities ranging from data and process management to client communication and issue resolution.

As an Executive – Operations, you will be directly involved in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, resolving assigned cases, coordinating across departments, and contributing to business-critical decisions through structured communication and reporting. This role requires proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s reputation on a global scale. Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth execution of regular operational workflows by adhering to defined operational guidelines and ensuring consistent task management.

  • Investigate and resolve client cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide timely updates and solutions via email or other communication platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop appropriate resolutions for client issues.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on resolved cases, maintaining records for future reference.

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of operational processes, ensuring all tasks are executed as per SOPs.

  • Collect, verify, and manage operational data from various sources to support daily business decisions.

  • Conduct email-based communication to resolve issues, deliver updates, and maintain clarity with stakeholders.

  • Identify inconsistencies or inefficiencies in data and workflows and propose structured improvements.

  • Assist in developing streamlined communication processes to improve clarity and efficiency.

  • Work closely with team leads and supervisors to ensure assigned tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Drive continuous improvements and optimization in operational structure, system processes, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of business data through routine checks and validations.

  • Communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders in order to support decision-making and cross-functional alignment.

  • Support the team with daily tasks, working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

Experience:

  • Freshers with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

  • 1-2 years of relevant field experience will be preferred.
