Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive –  Operations, you will be the core operational engine supporting our day-to-day business processes and data management workflows. In this role, you will collaborate across functional teams, maintain data integrity, and transform raw operational information into actionable insights for leadership. Your work ensures that backend processes run smoothly, communications are seamless, and decisions remain data-driven across our fast-growing platform.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Gather, manage, and process relevant operational data to support business needs.

• Develop and define specifications for data capture and input, ensuring strict consistency, quality, and record integrity.

• Proactively drive continuous improvements and structural optimizations within our operational data workflows.

Insights & Decision Support

• Analyze data to proactively identify key operational findings, patterns, and anomalies.

• Share actionable insights with team managers and leadership to assist in data-driven decision-making.

• Follow established SOPs and supervisor directives diligently while identifying areas for process enhancement.

Operational Support & Execution

• Coordinate and support daily business operations efficiently, executing assigned tasks with precision and high accountability.

• Manage professional, timely communication via email and internal channels to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations.

• Collaborate closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive seamless project coordination and execution.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to handle, structure, and analyze data to draw meaningful operational conclusions.

• Technical Proficiency: Sound familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and standard data reporting tools.

• Execution: High attention to detail, structured task management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Resilience & Composure: High emotional resilience and the ability to stay calm, focused, and adaptable under time pressure or high volume

Work Schedule & Compensations

• Shift Structure: Roster-based rotating shifts (working days and weekends may rotate from time to time to ensure 24/7 operational coverage).

• Holiday Overtime: Overtime during government holidays will be compensated accordingly in alignment with company policies.

Your Journey after Applying
